Thanos is a playable character in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, LEGO Marvel's Avengers, and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2. Thanos is a genocidal warlord hailing from the alien world of Titan; after watching his world suffer from overpopulation, Thanos made it his mission to wipe out half of all life in the universe, and set about collecting the legendary Infinity Stones to achieve his twisted goal. He is the founder of the Black Order, the adoptive father of Gamora and Nebula, and a major enemy to the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy.

- Loki escaped from Egypt and steals the Infinity Gauntlet and hides it in Avengers Tower, Nebula and Thanos' army invade Shield's new Helicarrier to locate it.
