- Captain America and Red Skull attack each other until an alternate Red Skull appears and briefly takes him to Earth 13122 before being put back and likely beaten by Captain America.

The Red Skull has a face shaped and colored like a red human skull, a black coat with buttons over a shirt with a gray collar, a brown belt with a silver buckle bearing the HYDRA insignia, black gloves, and black pants.
