HYDRA is an authoritarian-subversive paramilitary terrorist organization bent on world domination. It was founded in ancient times, formerly as a cult centered around the fanatical worship of Hive, a powerful Inhuman that was exiled to the planet Maveth by ancient Inhumans. Ever since his banishment, the cult had been determined to bring him back to Earth to commence a planetary takeover.

Rail Hydra (Flashback Part 1)[]
- Captain America and Bucky Barnes break into a Hydra lair during World War 2 to defeat Red Skull and he escapes.
Rail Hydra (Flashback Part 2)[]
- Captain America,Bucky Barnes and Dum Dum Dogan attack a Hydra train with the goal of capturing Arnim Zola but Bucky Barnes falls off the train leaving Captain America in disbelief.
1945[]
Rail Hydra (Flashback Part 3)[]
- Captain America and Red Skull attack each other until Red Skull gets his hands on the Tesseract and is banished to Vormir, leaving Captain America to sacrifice himself to end the war.
2012[]

- Red Skull is freed from Vormir early and built Arnim Zola a robot body as he is seen in LEGO Marvel Superheroes, he would've escaped near 2013.
LEGO Marvel Superheroes: Maximum Overload[]
- Loki uses the Norm Frost on Red Skull, Wizard, Ulysses Klaue and Green Goblin but they are beaten by Spider-Man so Loki Norm Frosts Venom to attack Spider-Man but then he fails.
- The Norm Frosted Villains later return to normal including Red Skull and are in The Raft.
2013[]
LEGO Marvel Superheroes[]
- Red Skull escaped The Raft and helped Loki build a portal to Asgard but Red Skull's lair was tracked down and Loki jumped in the portal, but Wolverine accidentally destroyed it upon beating Red Skull.
2014[]
Captain America And The Winter Soldier[]
- Bucky Barnes was brainwashed by Hydra to fight Captain America, Black Widow, Nick Fury and Falcon, Captain America freed Bucky of the brainwashing and S.H.E.I.L.D. collapsed.
2015[]

- The Avengers attack a Hydra base to get back Loki's sceptre.
The Masters Of Evil[]
- Baron Zemo plans to foil Times Square with Nathan Garret, Radioactive Man and Melter, and they encounter Iron Man and Thor, they were defeated by The Avengers.
LEGO Marvel's Avengers Reassembled[]
- Turns out an Ultron Sentry with Ultron's mind survived the Age Of Ultron and rebuilt Ultron's army with Baron Strucker, Yellowjacket hijacks Iron Man's suit and was found out by Spider-Man.
- Baron Strucker is defeated and Ultron creates a mega robot out of sentries, which is destroyed by the Hulkbuster and Ultron was gone for good.

LEGO Marvel's Avengers: Climate Conundrum[]
- Justin Hammer joined the Avengers and Hydra was messing up Tony Stark's weather towers, Red Skull almost destroyed the entire Hydra base with a space laser but was stopped by Captain Marvel.

LEGO Marvel's Avengers: Time Twisted[]
- Thanos works with Red Skull and stole Scott Lang's van so that they could Time Travel and Scott warns The Avengers and sneaks onto Red Skull's Hydra Island to spy on him.
- Thanos creates an alternate timeline in 2008 where instead of Iron Monger being killed, he was taken to the future and was upgraded with Chitauri technology.
- Red Skull creates an alternate timeline in 1945 where instead of Red Skull being banished, he was temporarily taken to the future before Thanos took him back to his timeline.
- Thanos again, creates an alternate timeline in 2015 where instead of Ultron being reduced to one sentry, he was taken to the future by Thanos and upgraded.
- The Avengers attack Hydra, Iron Monger, Ultron and Thanos and shrunk the island.
