Dum Dum Dugan is a playable character in LEGO Marvel's Avengers. Timothy "Dum Dum" Dugan was a member of the United States military in the midst of World War II who also served in the Howling Commandos alongside Captain America. After the war, Dugan went on to become a founding member of the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division.
