Role in the Story[]
Black Cat does not play a role in the story.
History[]
Felicia Hardy was the daughter of Walter Hardy, an infamous cat-burglar who was put away in jail. As a college freshman, she decided to use her above-average agility and stamina to become a cat-burglar herself: The Black Cat. She first ran into Spider-Man when she tried to break her father out of prison and has had an on-and-off romantic relationship with him. Just as impermanent as her romance with Spider-Man is her status regarding legality; Black Cat has reformed and become a private investigator but can easily relapse back into her old habits.
Appearance[]
Black Cat wears a black leather catsuit with a low, fur-trimmed U-collar, black leather fur-trimmed elbow-length gloves, black leather fur-trimmed boots, and a black domino mask.
Abilities[]
Grappling Hook: Black Cat can latch onto special grappling points with her grappling hook and either use it as a cable to enable increased above-air mobility or a tendril useful for grabbing and pulling on objects from afar.
Observation Skills: Black Cat's observational skills are as capable of uncovering hidden objects as Spider-Man's Spider-Sense.
Claw Gloves: Black Cat's gloves contain retractable claws used as lockpicks to activate claw switches. These claws are not used in melee combat.
