Baron Strucker is a playable character in LEGO Marvel's Avengers. He is the commander of a HYDRA cell operating out of Sokovia. Strucker was responsible for conducting the human experiments using Loki's scepter that led to the creation of Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch.
